This policy explains what personal data Mancala Gaming s.r.o. collects through this website and our partner services, why we collect it and what rights you have.

The controller of your personal data is Mancala Gaming s.r.o., Tyršova 1832/7, 120 00 Nové Město, Prague, Czech Republic (“Mancala Gaming”, “we”, “us”).

What This Policy Covers
This policy applies to:
- the website mancalagamingsro.com and the free game demos on it;
- enquiries you send us by e-mail, phone or contact form;
- meetings you book with our team, for example at industry events;
- the partner back office used by our operators, platforms and aggregators.
It does not cover the websites of casinos that offer our games. When you play our games at a casino, that casino is responsible for your player account and for its own privacy notice.

You can withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before it.
Players at Partner Casinos
When a casino integrates our games, it sends us pseudonymous player identifiers and game round data: stakes, results, currency and timestamps. We use this data to run the game, settle rounds for the operator and meet audit and regulatory requirements.
We do not receive players’ names, contact details or payment information. The operator remains responsible for the player account and for answering requests from its players.
Who We Share Data With
We share personal data only when it is needed for the purposes above:
- Service providers who host our systems, provide IT support or operate the booking tool, bound by data processing agreements.
- Our partner operators, for game round data relating to their own players.
- Auditors, testing laboratories and professional advisers, where their work requires it and under confidentiality.
- Public authorities, when the law requires us to disclose data.
We do not sell personal data.
Transfers Outside the EEA
If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we use the safeguards the GDPR requires: an adequacy decision of the European Commission or the Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
How Long We Keep Data
We keep personal data only as long as the purpose requires: for the duration of a partnership, until an enquiry is resolved, or until you withdraw consent. After that we delete or anonymise it, unless a law requires us to keep it longer, for example for accounting or gaming audit records.
How We Protect Data
Our information security management system is certified to ISO/IEC 27001 by TAYLLORCOX s.r.o. Access to personal data is limited to the people who need it for their work. More details are in our Trust Center.
Your Rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have data erased where there is no reason for us to keep it;
- restrict or object to processing based on our legitimate interest;
- receive data you gave us in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time.
To use any of these rights, write to info@mancalagamingsro.com. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act on a request.
You can also lodge a complaint with the Czech supervisory authority, the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů) in Prague, or with the authority in the EU country where you live or work.
Age Restriction
This website is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone younger. If you believe a minor has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We update this policy when our services or the law change. The effective date at the top of the page shows when it was last revised.
